Warranty

Warranty cover is listed on each product page in months. The shop owner must confirm what the warranty covers, what it excludes and how claims are handled before launch.

The warranty period for each machine is shown on its product page next to the price. Machines showing “Ask the shop” have no warranty period published yet.

Replacement & returns

The shop owner must confirm the replacement or return window, the condition required for a return and whether refunds or exchanges are offered.

Before you buy

• · Confirm the exact unit, cosmetic condition and battery health with the shop.
• · Ask for a GST invoice if you need one.
• · Keep the invoice; warranty claims are handled against it.
